The WCIS©   (pronounced Workers)   is an online questionnaire for discussion of the Complexity of Decision Making and Accountabilities in roles.   It is a questionairre that allows a manager and subordinate  to conduct a guided discussion to ascertain the level of role complexity  and what are its authorities and acountablities.   The quesiontaire takes about an hour to complete and a   report is emailed with forty eight hours to the respondent giving an analysis of the role according to the questions answered.

Use the web based Work Complexity Information Systems© (WCIS©) to do your Work Complexity Analysis, anywhere, anytime. Use the web based software to check the Work Level of a role by answering easy and interesting questions.   Work Complexity Analysis shows the level of work taking place and if elements of other levels are present.   It allows one to generate reports by functional unit or team or to investigate deviations in a report (eg a role is leveled at Work Level IV, but with chunks in Work Level V, II and II in order to get the reporting distances right, unique value adds aligned and to stop people contributing at the incorrect levels of work.

Training in using the WCIS as a collaborative tool for work and performance design is addressed in the Foundation Course  or if already familiar with Work levels, a suggested format is given online or the process can be facilitated by our consultants.     A support manual is available when registered which guides the user through suggested process, overview of the work levels and how to use it effectively.
