"FOUND" a project to help young adults with Potential


A new project to help urban and rural youngster between 18 - 25 years of age who are at risk and who have the potential, with appropriate development, to make a significant contribution at one full work level above their present capability.  The project is NOW open for applications from referral agencies and closes on 31 October 2010.

Each successful candidate gets a Working Journey Plan with case management support and a mentor.  Working Journey plans will have one of three outcomes; 

• full time or part time study leading to TAFE or University while employed with one of our Project Sponsors.
• Completion of a Certificate in Business or other appropriate development then full time employment on a management trainee scheme with one of our Project Sponsors.
• Support and Development in setting up their own entrrepreneurial venture with an ABN number  so that over a two year period they grow enviro friendly, sustainable wealth generating businesses
